Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send an appointment request we collect the name, email address, and telephone number you provide, the type of enquiry and preferred location you select, and any message you choose to write.

When you join through the House invitation we collect your first name, email address, and mobile number if you provide one. We record email consent and mobile-message consent separately.

We record the moment you gave consent together with the request or registration itself. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Your browser keeps a small note only after you join through the Circle invitation, so it is not shown again; closing it without joining does not hide it permanently, and that note never leaves your device.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your request, arrange an appointment, and follow up on a possible commission.

If you join through the House invitation, we use your first name and email address to send you collection previews, news and invitations. If you also consent to mobile messages, we use your mobile number to send selected invitations and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored on Convex infrastructure in the European Union and the site is served by Vercel. Notification emails, when enabled, are sent through Resend. Each of these providers processes the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on your request and any commission that results from it, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

We keep Circle registrations until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use, at any time. Write to the address above and we will respond.
